Audacious Women Productions is a women-led documentary film production company on a mission to tell little-known stories through innovative multimedia projects. It was founded in 2022 by media veterans Sandra Rattley and Charlotte Mangin, makers of the award-winning women’s history series UNLADYLIKE2020, which has reached over 6 million viewers to date, and America By The Numbers, a groundbreaking look at America’s changing demographics. We foreground untold narratives and diverse changemakers, bring hidden history and contemporary stories to life, and bridge past and present in a bold new way. In addition to creating groundbreaking and timely films, our expertise includes the design of multimedia educational resources, establishing partnerships with key community and national institutions, and staging impactful local, regional and national screening and audience engagement events.
